Super friendly and top notch treatment. As a retired dentist I know what I am talking about. Both dentist provide high quality work, the hygienists are providing the most advanced GBT and Laser treatment and the support stuff is highly trained and competent. Shout out to Skylar for patiently managing my uncontrollable coughing fits today!

This was a great experience! We are traveling and I lost a filing. Floss was able to get me in, thankfully. As it turned out, I needed a crown as there was a large cavity under my filling. They were able to make a crown using a 3D printer!!! The entire staff were welcoming and caring. I cannot say enough good about this group and really appreciate everything they did to help me!

Recently switched to this dental office and couldn’t be happier. The receptionist Meghan is warm, friendly, and upfront — great first impression. My hygienist Grace went above and beyond: complimentary eye mask, chapstick, and a warm blanket made the cleaning feel so relaxing. She was thorough and gentle, and my teeth and gum felt amazing afterward. Dr. Pietsch was detailed in her assessment and suggested some preventative options without any pressure. The updated equipment also made a real difference — more comfortable and far less awkward than older models. This office genuinely raises the bar for patient care. Proud to support a women-owned business!

I’m OBSESSED with this practice!!!! I’m particularly picky when it comes to my dental care providers, and Floss is outstanding. The reception area/staff are warm and welcoming, and the dental assistants are friendly, knowledgeable and skilled (I LOVED Cat). The attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards really sets this team above the rest. Even before I had formally became a patient at their office, they went out of their way to fit me in because I had a concern about one of my crowns. And Dr. Pietsch? One of the best providers I’ve ever had (which makes sense considering she was recommended by another outstanding dentist.) She is personable, educated, and genuinely interested in providing the best care possible, which she succeeds at. Maybe I’m one in a million, but I can’t wait to go back to the dentist.
